Note: we call on readers not to exploit these regulations in a negative way but to use them only to defend their right.

Consent checkboxes

Double Opt-In

Because there are many situations where certain applications perform email registration in forms automatically and to avoid malicious situations in which someone registers your email address in our forms just to cause both parties problems, I establish, with May 25, 2018, the Double Opt-In policy, which means that at the time of registration in our forms you will receive an email confirming your address before registering in our database.
In this way, we will be able to confirm your identity and make sure that we only send communications to people who have explicitly requested this.

Evidence of consent

With the entry into force of the GDPR, we decided to use a single tool to communicate with our portal subscribers, in which we have all the data centralized, so that at any time a user wants to be deleted from our database, to we can do it in a very easy way that allows us to respond within the term provided by law. This tool will also allow us to have your explicit consent to receive notifications from us.

Forms and Support
The right to be forgotten

We respect your rights regarding the protection of personal data, therefore we have created a form dedicated to users through which they can request the deletion of our database.
PS: Please note that when you unsubscribe / unsubscribe from communications from us, you will only be removed from that list and not from the entire database if you signed up to receive information or materials through multiple forms, connected to different lists. Ex: if you signed up to receive newsletters, you will be added to that list, if you sign up and receive information about a certain product or service, you will be registered and you will receive information specific about them.
Thus, in order to request that you be deleted from our database, you can do so using the FORGETTING FORM to initiate this process.
